This house in Constantia was given a modern touch when it was renovated. A feature kitchen in the open plan living area was the order of the day. We installed huge specialised skylights with an opening roof window at the end for ventilation using our specialized coupled flashing system. The whole space is flooded with natural light and views of blue skies and passing clouds.
